The Board of Trustees

John Barger, Esq. John Barger is presently a partner with NorthernCross Partners, a financial services company based in New York and Denver. Prior to NorthernCross, he was a partner and founder of XLCapital/Latin America, a joint venture including Marsh Capital and XL Capital. He started his career on Wall Street with Citicorp Investment Bank, also working for Bankers Trust and the Administration of GHW Bush. He is a member of the California State Bar and the American Bar Association., a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University (cum laude), the University of California Law School at San Francisco, Hastings College of the Law (JD), and the London School of Economics (M.Sc. Finance). He resides in New York City.

Leslie Ann Carranza, Principal, Rhodes Associates. Miss Carranza joined Rhodes Associates with over 19 years of experience in the financial services and recruiting industries. Prior to joining Rhodes Associates, she was an executive recruiter for Oppedisano & Company specializing in institutional investment management and private wealth management. Prior to that Miss Carranza worked at Bloomberg L.P., Cowan & Company, J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch spending 12 years as a Taxable Institutional Fixed Income Salesperson. Prior to business school she worked for Ebasco Services, a design, engineering and construction management firm. Miss Carranza has her M.B.A. from Columbia University and her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.

Michael Esposito is a Managing Partner of Greenwich Investment Partners, a New York City based firm which manages a value-oriented hedge fund. Prior to forming Greenwich Investment Partners, he was a Principal with Fir Tree Partners. He has an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from MIT. While at Stanford, he also received a certificate in non-profit management from the Public Management Program.

Bruce Gregory is a hedge fund manager with Aslan Capital Markets. He is a graduate of Princeton, and has four daughters, two of whom graduated from Geneva School in 2007 and one who is currently enrolled.

Rim An Hinckley is the co-founder of Geneva School of Manhattan. She worked as a
mathematics teacher and administrator for over 20 years in suburban and
inner city public schools as well as in private schools. She has also served as a
teaching leader for the Bible Study Fellowship International for 4 years
in NYC and served on the board of Hope for New York for six years.
She is actively involved at Redeemer Presbyterian Church and the mother of two boys who are attending Geneva School.

Myung-Soo Lee is a Research Fellow at New York University School of Law, conducting a research on international law and North Korea. She was born in Seoul, Korea and received a Bachelor’s (B.L.) and Master’s Degree (LL.M.) on International Law from Korea University. She continued her study at Harvard Law School and received an LL.M. and S.J.D. (Doctor of Juridical Science) degrees, focusing on Public International Law and Conflict Resolution. She worked at Harvard Law School as Assistant Director of East Asian Legal Studies for two years. During the last six years, she served as the leader of kindergarten class at Times Square Church and has been serving as a member of the core advisory group of World Aid New York, Inc., a humanitarian organization. She is married to Ji Hoon Hong and they have one daughter, a Geneva student.

Mark Tanaka is a principal of Sanno Point Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund he co-founded in July 2004. Prior to his time in New York, he worked in Deutsche Bank's Tokyo and London offices. He has an MBA from the Wharton School and a BSc in Econometrics from the London School of Economics & Political Science. He is the father of three Geneva School students.

Michael Wilkerson is a Managing Director of Lazard, one of the world's preeminent financial advisory and asset management firms.Prior to joining Lazard in 1999, Mr. Wilkerson served as Director of International Operations for Teen Mania and as an Associate at Southport Partners. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.A. from Yale University and a B.S. from Oral Roberts University.

Anthony Wilson is the Headmaster of the Geneva School. Previously he was Associate Headmaster at both Saint Andrews School in Florida and the Lawrenceville School in New Jersey. Additionally, he was a Managing Director with Paribas, Becker Asset Management and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. His grandchildren attend Geneva.

Robert Yienger is Director of Sales for the Sheraton Hotels of New York City. Prior, he was Regional Director of Sales for Compass Group, NA, one of the country's largest providers of contracted food services. Bob has served as Parish Council President for his family church and also as Chairman of the Boards of Trustees for New Life of New York City prior to serving on Geneva's Board of Trustees.
