Visiting the SchoolWe welcome the opportunity to showcase the unique academic environment that is Geneva School. We know you will be impressed with the talents of our teachers and the stature of our students.

We allow prospective families to visit the School at mutually convenient times. In particular, we arrange open house formats during the fall months for interested families and students.

Preschool Open House (for 2011-2012 Year):

  • Thursday, October 7, 2010, 8:45-9:45 a.m.
    for West Side Preschool
  • Thursday, October 7, 2010, 12:30-1:30 p.m. for East Side Preschool
  • Thursday, November 4, 2010, 8:45-9:45 a.m. West Side Preschool
  • Thursday, November 4, 2010, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
    East Side Preschool
  • Thursday, November 18, 2010, 8:45-9:45 a.m.
    West Side Preschool
  • Thursday, November 18, 2010, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
    East Side Preschool

We will join the Preschool classes at their opening “circle time,” and parents will have the opportunity to speak with teachers and ask questions about the Preschool.

Grammar School Open House (for 2011-2012 School Year):

  • Friday, October 8, 2010, 9:00-10:00 a.m. (immediately following Friday Chapel)
  • Friday, November 5, 2010, 9:00-10:00 a.m. (immediately following Friday Chapel)
  • Friday, November 19, 2010, 9:00-10:00 a.m. (immediately following Friday Chapel)

The Grammar School open house follows our weekly Friday Chapel and provides prospective families the opportunity to attend both the Friday Chapel and open house, if so desired. Friday Chapel begins at 8:20 a.m., and the open house begins at 9:00 a.m. The structure of the open house allows a School tour, meeting with the Head of School, and time for extensive Q&A.
