Application Process

As a New York independent school, Geneva School begins the application process one year in advance of the desired entry date.

While we strongly encourage families to begin the application process early, we strive to accommodate families as much as possible. As such, we have adopted a rolling admissions policy that allows later applicants to fill seats as they are available.

Geneva School uses Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS) to facilitate its admission process. Applications may be obtained online through TADS. Specific admissions steps are as follows:

Studying
  • Completed application from TADS, including teacher recommendation and any other applicable paperwork
  • Letter of recommendation
  • Individual student assessment by a member of our faculty
  • Family interview with the Head of School

Refer to our grade-specific list of requirements and our recommended application timeline for more information, or feel free to contact our Director of Admissions, Sandy Kallen, at 212.754.9988.
