Giving

The Geneva School of Manhattan was founded in 1996 with 22 students and two teachers. Today, with more than 110 students registered from Preschool through Eighth Grade, we continue to face all the exciting challenges that come from great blessings of growth.

Your gifts to the annual fund, capital campaign and special projects provide vital support that enable Geneva School to fulfill its mission of providing an excellent classical education within a Christian perspective.

We invite you to consider partnering with Geneva School. Your gifts are needed and much appreciated.

There are many ways to give from a donation via check or credit card through PayPal, to gifts of real estate, stock, or matching gift programs through your employer. In addition, we offer estate planning vehicles, such as an IRA charitable rollover provision. All gifts are fully tax-deductible.

Annual Fund

As an independent school we rely on private gifts and the support of parents, grandparents, alumni families, and friends to support our mission. Money raised for the annual fund covers the gap between revenue from tuition and the annual operating costs of running Geneva School. Every aspect of the school, including academics, after-school activities, field trips, faculty development, and financial aid are supported by the annual fund.

Annual Auction

The Annual Auction is the largest fundraising event of the year, raising funds to support academic programs, faculty development, and important school initiatives. The event is also an opportunity to hear from current students, faculty, and alumni about the impact Geneva School is having on our students and the wider community. Capital Campaign

The Geneva School of Manhattan considers one of our important distinctives as a classical Christian school is our location in the heart of New York City. We continue to seek permanent facilities that will allow for our continued growth and academic excellence. Please consider supporting this effort through a donation to our capital campaign.

Corporate Matching Funds

Many organizations offer corporate matching programs on charitble gifts made by their employees, thus encouraging philanthropic endeavors of their employees. In this way, corporate matching programs allow gifts to Geneva School to have double the impact. Be sure to check with your employer to see if your gifts to the School are eligible for corporate matching contributions.

Volunteer Opportunities

Many opportunities exist—both one-time and ongoing — for parents and grandparents to volunteer at Geneva School. By giving of your time and abilities, you will help our School achieve its mission while experiencing first hand what sets Geneva School apart. Volunteering is also a great way to get to know other parents, faculty, and staff while making a lasting impact on the School.
